Client Engagement Specialist

Foster Victor Wealth Advisor’s mission is to help our clients achieve their lifetime goals through holistic financial planning. Developing our client service process is a crucial part of our ability to accomplish this. The Client Engagement Specialist will support the investment team in servicing existing clients, onboarding new clients and creating dynamite output that inspires trust in our new relationships.

Goals

  • To understand, articulate and emulate the firm’s mission and core values
  • To become an integral part of the Team, culture and workflow
  • To enhance the client experience and a value-added resource for new and existing relationship

Supporting Activities

  • Submit and service client accounts
  • Send Welcome emails to new clients
  • Become a Charles Schwab guru
  • Manage Schwab alerts and track to completion
  • Complete case prep for all advisors
  • Manage On-going new account flow
  • Pull annual RMD list and manage the client process
  • Complete 401k calls and inquiries with clients
  • Prepare check deposits
  • Process client money movement requests

Success Criteria

  • Abide by the four golden rules
  • Deliver Accurate output in a timely manner

Insurance Operations Specialist

Foster Victor Wealth Advisor’s mission is to help our clients achieve their lifetime goals through holistic financial planning. Creating, illustrating and championing the insurance process is a crucial part of our ability to accomplish this. The Insurance Operations Specialist will support the producers in servicing existing clients, onboarding new clients and creating dynamite output that inspires trust in our new relationships.

Goals

  • To understand, articulate and emulate the firm’s mission and core values
  • To become an integral part of the Team, culture and workflow
  • To be an expert at creating illustrations, audits and summaries

Supporting Activities

  • Client Relationship Maintenance and Policy Services
  • Complete & Submit Applications
  • Complete & Monitor all underwriting
  • Track business submitted and paid for
  • Track policies to be delivered
  • Review & Finalize Case Notes
  • Case Prep: Run illustrations, print & flag applications
  • Call in Exams

Success Criteria

  • Abide by the four golden rules
  • Deliver Accurate output in a timely manner
